How many modes does Amazon FBA logistics have?
Amazon FBA logistics mode is divided into three types: FBA, FBM and third-party overseas warehouse delivery mode.
FBA is the most common and recommended model. In this model, after the seller ships the product to the Amazon warehouse, sales, customer service, warehousing, delivery and after-sales service are all completed by Amazon. Sellers who adopt the FBA model can enjoy better product listing rankings, and at the same time can devote more time and energy to the development of new products. For buyers, they can buy better products and services.
2. FBM mode
The FBM model is a self-delivery model. In this model, sellers ship directly from domestic to destination countries. Usually choose international express for delivery. The advantage of the FBM model is that there is no need to stock up on goods. When there is an order, you can purchase products on other platforms (such as Alibaba) and then ship them directly. This mode is suitable for novice sellers, it can reduce the risk of backlog of goods, and the investment is small, suitable for trial orders. In the FBM mode, there is also a virtual overseas warehouse delivery mode, that is, after multiple small packages are delivered to the destination country by express, they are then unpacked and pasted with local express orders. This method can simulate the effect of local delivery.
3. Third-party overseas warehouse model
The third-party overseas warehouse mode adopts the third-party overseas warehouse to carry out one-piece delivery. First of all, the goods are shipped from China to the overseas warehouse of the destination country using the first-leg logistics, and then after receiving the order, the delivery order is sent to the third-party overseas warehouse through the ERP platform. Compared with the other two models, the third-party overseas warehouse model has obvious advantages in terms of turnover speed and large-scale products, and the delivery speed can be comparable to that of Amazon.
1. The FBM self-delivery mode is quite different from the other two modes. In this mode, sellers can take care of customer service and deliver goods by themselves. The advantage is that there is no risk of backlog of goods, the investment is small, and it is suitable for trial orders. In the FBM mode, there is also a virtual overseas warehouse delivery mode, that is, the delivery is made by including multiple small packages in a large package, and then unpacked in the destination country and pasted with a local express note to simulate the local delivery. Effect.
2. The FBA model is relatively close to the third-party overseas warehouse model. If Amazon warehouses are regarded as overseas warehouses, warehousing and delivery are almost the same operation mode. The FBA model just regards the Amazon warehouse as an official warehouse. In the FBA mode and the third-party overseas warehouse mode, after-sales services such as return and exchange, label replacement and packaging can all be completed by the third-party overseas warehouse. The only difference is that the third-party overseas warehouse is not responsible for customer service.
