Change the label and re-ship the product back to Amazon FBA warehouse for re-sale. So what is the process for overseas warehouse rebranding? What is the fee standard for overseas warehouse replacement?What is overseas warehouse replacement:
The so-called label change means that after the buyer receives the goods, he finds that the goods are not suitable, so he chooses to return the goods. However, after the goods are returned, they cannot re-enter FBA as new products. They need to change the FBA label again before they can be put on the shelves. This process is what is called Overseas warehouse label replacement service.
1. The buyer feels that the product is not suitable and needs to return it and submit a "return application";
2. The seller can check the return application and reason for return in the "Manage Returns" in the store backend;
3. After confirming the return, the buyer will mail the goods to the overseas warehouse address provided by the seller;
4. After the goods are returned to the overseas warehouse, the staff will sign for them and conduct basic inspections to confirm whether the goods can be resold;
5. If the product is eligible for secondary sales, the warehouse staff will re-tag the SKU for the product and affix the FBA label;
6. After the product label change is completed, it will be re-sent to the Amazon FBA warehouse;
7. After the goods arrive at the Amazon FBA warehouse, they are re-shelved.
Under normal circumstances, the cost of label replacement is not just a single cost, but often also includes multiple costs such as warehousing fees, labeling fees, packing fees, freight and warehouse rental fees.
The label replacement fee is actually the operating cost of the third-party overseas warehouse for the labeling of the product itself, outer box labeling, overweight labeling, pallet labeling and other aspects. After the label change and packaging are completed, the seller still needs to temporarily store the goods in the overseas warehouse, and create a shipping plan to wait for re-warehousing into the FBA warehouse.
