Once the customer submits their return request, sellers utilizing FBA receive an immediate notification through their Seller Central account. This allows them to promptly address and process the return. If a seller approves a customer's FBA return request, Amazon provides customers with a pre-paid shipping label that they need to print out. This label ensures that returns are sent directly back to one of Amazon's fulfillment centers rather than being returned to individual sellers' locations.
The shipping label generated by Amazon includes all necessary details such as tracking information and destination addresses. Once the customer has printed the shipping label, they package the item securely and affix the label to the package.
