4. UPS redispatch/return fee in the latter stage | ||||
1. If the delivery address needs to be changed after UPS picks up, UPS will charge RMB100 for each shipment of goods to modify the address, but it does not guarantee that the modification is 100% successful. If the address change is unsuccessful, please notify the recipient to reject it. UPS will return it to our overseas office, and then change the address to send it out. The costs incurred for the return are: the cost of returning the item from the recipient to the foreign office, and RMB6/ KG, volume calculation/5000 (reimbursable, more refunds and less compensation), re-distribution costs (reimbursable) | ||||
2. Explanation of return fee: If the order is made on the same day, an additional RMB100/ticket will be charged for return. 5. Claim plan | ||||
1. If part of the shipment is not picked up or signed by UPS, please check whether the FBA backend is on the shelf within 7 working days. After 7 working days, provide a screenshot of the backend that the goods are not on the shelf (requires the real time in the lower right corner of the computer screen) ) to our company to enter the claim process, and it will not be accepted for more than 20 working days after the withdrawal. | ||||
2. ① Situation: If the goods are lost during transportation (the whole ticket is not picked up by UPS), the freight and product surcharges will not be refunded, and the compensation will be paid at 40 yuan/KG. It is recommended that customers purchase insurance;
②Situation: The non-refundable shipping fee lost after it has been delivered to UPS (including the entire shipment that is occasionally not scanned, which is a common phenomenon of UPS missing scanning, our company is not responsible for it), the maximum compensation for the declared value according to the UPS compensation plan shall not exceed 100USD/ ticket.
If there are a small number of products in the inner box of the goods that have been signed, our company will assist UPS to claim, and our company will not be responsible.

7. It is specially stated that compensation will not be accepted under the following circumstances: | ||||

(2) If the goods are not declared according to the actual price, infringe intellectual property rights, the product accessories do not meet the requirements of EU countries, the local import is prohibited, etc., the customs detain the goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation;
(3) Compensation will not be accepted due to quality problems of the customer's goods and specific certification issues;
(4) If the goods are damaged or lost due to force majeure factors such as wars and natural disasters, compensation will not be accepted;
(5) If there is a delay in the overall timeliness caused by aviation, shipping or train companies dropping boxes during transportation, compensation will not be accepted;
(6) No compensation will be accepted for the lack of product quantity, partial loss or damage. Once the goods are delivered, the rules of these terms are implied;
After confirming that the payment conditions are met, and the information (packaging list, official purchase invoice) is provided, our finance company will make compensation in advance within 2 weeks, and finally refund the excess and the deficiency with the carrier's compensation bill.
