3. Billing method: | ||||
1. The calculation method of the weight of the goods: length cm X width cm X height cm /6000, the actual weight and volume weight are larger; the circumference cannot exceed 266cm, and the longest side exceeds 120CM, and RMB100/piece is required (but the longest side cannot be over 170cm). | ||||
2. If a single piece is less than 10KG, it will be charged according to 10KG, and a single ticket starts from 21KG. There is no surcharge if the actual weight of a single piece does not exceed 22.6KG. If the actual weight of a single piece exceeds 22.6KG, an additional RMB180/piece will be charged. | ||||

4.matters needing attention: | ||||
1. The electronic invoice and packing list (our company's fixed template) are required for delivery; if the surcharge is not confirmed in advance, the surcharge will be based on our company's unified standard by default. 2. The actual goods must be consistent with the product name declared in the delivery list (prediction). If the declaration does not match the customs clearance problem, our company will not be responsible, and the sender will bear all the consequences and expenses; 3. Do not accept imitation brand products. If imitation brand products are found, a fine of RMB 2000/ticket will be charged and the product will be returned. 4. Do not accept: liquids, powders, food, medicines, inflammables and explosives, antiques, currencies, bluetooth products with logos, imitation guns and other items prohibited from export by countries and prohibited by airlines; if any counterfeiting is found, the goods will be confiscated and fined RMB1000; 5. Warm reminder: In order to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the goods, each product and the outer box should be labeled with "MADE IN CHINA". If the product is not affixed with the label made in China and the goods are detained, our company is not responsible for it; 6. The United States uses UPS or FEDEX for transshipment and delivery; if it is FBA goods, in order to ensure the normal scanning of FBA, each box of the outer box needs to be pasted with at least 2 FBA barcodes (one front and back), please cooperate; 7. The above goods and services are limited to the 48 states of the United States, mailbox BOX, military addresses are not accepted, (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the islands of the United States are not accepted; 8. If the wrong address causes UPS to change the address and deduct fees, the specific fees incurred need to be consulted with our customer service separately; 9. After the goods are shipped, if the customer needs to temporarily detain, change the address, or need other services, an additional operation fee will be charged, and the specific fee will be inquired. |

5. Compensation standard | ||||
1. Terminal delivery (UPS\DHL\truck delivery, etc.) is lost/deducted before pickup, and compensation will be made according to the actual purchase value, with a maximum compensation of no more than 40RMB/KG, non-refundable freight; loss or damage after terminal delivery , our company will follow the UPS compensation rules, and the maximum compensation is USD100/ticket. (For example, if a single ticket has 10 pieces and UPS picks up 8 pieces, our company considers that 2 pieces are lost by UPS, and will compensate USD20 according to the UPS standard) 2. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any loss caused by the inconsistency of the shipping information provided by the customer with the actual product, the quality of the goods itself or brand infringement, and reserves the right to pursue joint and several liability; 3. For non-Amazon FBA address pieces, as long as one piece of the same batch of orders shows normal receipt, our company defaults that all orders in the same batch will be delivered normally, and will no longer accept any claims; 4. Claim documents: Amazon shipments need to provide complete screenshots of the goods received by Amazon in the background, claim questionnaires, product links, purchase value and other information; non-Amazon shipments need to provide questionnaires, product links, purchase value and other information. After the above information is provided completely, our company will give the processing result within one month; 5. All claims must be submitted to Party A in writing within 30 days from the delivery date, otherwise our company will not bear any legal responsibility. All claims are limited to one claim per shipment and the claim shall be dealt with in its entirety and as a final claim for all related loss or damage. |
