Be sure to read the following terms before delivery. If you ship the goods, the following terms will be regarded as default. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
1. Can do separate customs declaration, general trade declaration fee RMB500/ticket, continuation page RMB50/page
2. Billing method: The volume is divided by 6000, the actual weight and the volume weight take the larger value as the billing weight, which must be packed in cartons. (Do not accept opposite-sex packaging, woven bag packaging)
3. FBA single piece of goods whose minimum billable weight is less than 13KG, if the minimum billable weight is less than the minimum billable weight, the super light fee shall be paid according to the missing part of RMB5/KG. Can pick up private warehouse non-Amazon address plus 100/ticket.
4. Reject infringing, powder, liquid, flammable and explosive materials. (Fine 1000/ticket for red goods)
5. Electronic packing list and invoice must be submitted before delivery. The invoice should specify in detail: product name, material, use (product pictures are required), and the transfer order number can be issued only when the information is complete.
Additional service fee:
1. If the longest side exceeds 100CM, or the second length exceeds 76cm, and 30KG≤single billable weight≤40KG, an additional 140 yuan/piece will be charged.
2. Large package surcharge: Large package when each UPS package meets the following conditions: length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] ≥ 118 inches (300 cm), but not exceeding UPS When the maximum 158-inch (400 cm) shipment exceeds the 70KG limit, UPS will be charged an additional RMB465/piece (the final interpretation is based on UPS), and the peak season surcharge will be additionally charged RMB465/piece
3. Remote addresses are charged an additional 4 yuan/KG, and the minimum charge is 220 yuan/ticket. Please check the remote areas by yourself.
Goods return statement: If the goods are returned to our overseas warehouse due to the wrong address of the recipient and the rejection of the recipient, our company will charge a return operation fee according to RMB100/ticket. The customer is responsible for the cost, and the cost is subject to the bill of our overseas warehouse or local UPS.
Goods redistribution statement: After delivery, we will not accept changes to the delivery address, unless the goods are returned to our overseas warehouse due to the wrong address or the recipient refuses to accept them. Other costs incurred due to reassignment shall be borne by the customer, and the cost shall be subject to the bill of our overseas warehouse or local UPS.
In addition to force majeure and the shipper’s own reasons, the delivery company at the end of the time limit promises to withdraw within 25 natural days from the time of loading. That's it. (Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government actions such as transport machinery failure, civil unrest, strikes, customs inspections, etc.; curfews, airports, road depots or operational restrictions imposed by government authorities; wars, riots, severe weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, mudslides and natural or man-made serious disasters or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, insurmountable events)
1. If the whole ticket is lost or detained during transportation, and cannot be recovered within 3 months from the date of delivery, it will be detained and confiscated at the local customs, and the compensation will be RMB80/KG excluding the original freight. If the customer declares incompletely or the product is infringed Issues such as this will not apply to this clause.
2. After the retrieval is online, if the delivery is abnormal, you must apply for an investigation within 15 days (subject to the time of the last information updated on the official website), otherwise only the inquiry will be accepted and the claim will not be accepted. If the Internet is not picked up, an application for investigation must be submitted within 1 month after delivery. Overdue items will not be accepted by our company.
3. No compensation will be given for the loss of the non-full box and the shortage of the contents.
4. Our company does not assume any responsibility if the Amazon warehouse is rejected due to packaging problems, labeling problems, etc.
5. The compensation fee will be charged to your company's account in our system, and only the balance will be used to deduct the freight.
In particular, it is stated that compensation will not be accepted in the following cases:
(1) In case of infringement, our company does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue the sender for compensation for the loss caused to our company;
(2) If the goods are not declared according to the actual value, infringe intellectual property rights, the product accessories do not meet the requirements of EU countries, the local prohibition of import and other reasons cause the customs to detain the goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, our company only assists in sending the goods provide customs clearance documents;
(3) Compensation will not be accepted due to the quality of the customer's goods and the specific certification issues involved;
(4) In case of war, natural disasters and other force majeure factors, except for the damage or loss of the goods, no compensation will be accepted;
(5) Compensation will not be accepted for any overall time limit delay caused by flight delay/customs clearance delay during transportation.
(6) After UPS picks up and transfers, the maximum amount of each ticket shall not exceed 100 USD according to the UPS compensation standard, which shall be subject to the UPS compensation bill.
(7) Compensation will be made for the whole box and the whole package lost in transit, and the rest such as delay of goods, wet goods, loss of part of the contents of the goods (referring to the loss of non-full boxes), damage of goods, and theft/stolen due to force majeure factors and other issues will not be compensated.
(8) If the goods are returned due to wrong address, rejection by Amazon, customer rejection, etc., we will charge a return fee and an additional operation fee of 300 yuan/ticket. If you need to re-send, you will be charged 300 yuan/ticket operation fee. For the specific delivery fee, please consult our salesperson according to the address.
Special Note: Once the customer agrees to accept our company's services, it is considered that the customer has read the remarks of this price list and our shipping terms in detail, and accepts the constraints of all terms.
